Shipping & Refunds

We only sell items to buyers located in the United States. We ship items using the United States Postal Service. Your item will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order and receipt of your payment. We only ship items on Monday through Friday, excluding United States holidays.

If we are on vacation or otherwise unavailable to ship your item we will make that known via a post on our website, and your item will be shipped when we return.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed, we cannot accept your item for return and you will not receive a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of whether we have approved or rejected your refund.

If your return is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take a few days for the refund credit to show up on your card statement due to the way banks and credit card companies process refund credits.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card or bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is posted to your account.

Sale or clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

How to return an item

To return your product, please Contact Us, and we will send you an email with the return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us.

If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service with insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
